Church Services
Sunday church services are at 10:00-11:00 am EDT. They include hymns, scripture selections, and a reading of the weekly Bible Lesson Sermon, which can be found at ebiblelesson.christianscience.com. Our Sunday Service are all held at Amherst House and simultaneously on Zoom. Wednesday testimony meetings are at 7:00-8:00 pm EDT. They include hymns, readings from the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, and an open floor for those in the congregation to share inspiration and testimonies of healing. The first Wednesday of each month takes place at Amherst House and simultaneously on Zoom. All other Wednesdays are on Zoom only at this time. We are family-friendly at all our services. Sunday School
Sunday School for young people up to age 20 is at 10:00-11:00 am EDT.
We welcome students in person and online. Subjects covered include the Ten Commandments, the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7), and other topics as presented in the weekly Bible Lesson Sermon. This is the same time as our Sunday church service. Reading Room
Our Reading Room is open to the public for inquiries about Christian Science, access to study resources, and group discussion activities. Wednesdays 6:00-6:45 pm EDT the Reading Room is open for inquiries prior to our weekly testimony meeting at 7:00. It is on Zoom, and hybrid (in person at Amherst House with Zoom) on the first Wednesdays of each month. A Christian Science Monitor article discussion begins at 6:00 and is open to everyone. Note: until later this summer, there will be no Christian Science Monitor discussion. Online Reading Room is open 6:00-6:45. Thursdays 3:30-5:30 pm EDT we are open on Zoom for discussion on a topic of interest, search for resources, or questions on Christian Science. To get the Zoom link, email [email protected]. Our Reading room is open in person on Sundays after our church service. Books and current periodicals from Christian Science Publishing Society are available for you to look at, borrow, and purchase.
